These machines are meant for the sorting of hand-picked grapes, machine picked grapes or destemmed grapes. Grapes move forward thanks to the top plate vibration obtained through the combined action of special motor vibrators.
The top vibrating plate is totally perforated so to ensure total separation of MOG such as unripe and dried grapes, small parts of stalks, petioles and other parts having dimensions such as to pass through the slots of the sliding surface.
The ruined or unripe bunches, leaves and other foreign bodies larger than the slots, can be separated manually. In the part underneath the table has a grid with small slotted holes so that the juice can be recovered by a special tank equipped with a garolla or other fittings on request. At the exit of the table, the solid waste they are thrown in a manual unloading drawer. The cleaning of the machine is facilitated by a special support that allows the upper slotted table to be lifted once the appropriate lever closures have been released.
The electric board equipped with electronic speed variator (inverter) enables a quick change of the product forwarding speed. The machine is tracked for the shifts to be easier and it can be put on four antivibrating legs, adjustable in height according to the needs of the operators or of the machinery in the line. The machine no needs maintenance, it is sufficient to visually check the plate anti-vibrating supports.
