Destemmer LUGANA 1

The horizontal rotating cage destemmer LUGANA 1 is an efficient, handy and of compact dimensions machine, capable of a medium hourly production (4÷5 Tons).
Its main innovative characteristics are:
• Chassis made of two parts and openable.
• Rotating cage (less prone to obstructions) removable from the chassis.
• Built-in pump for the product displacement.
The feeding is regulated by an auger located in the hopper which is placed longitudinally to the machine.
Grapes then pass through the destemming axle that rotates inside the cage. The sheet of the rotating cage is provided with countersunk holes.

Cleaning and maintenance

• The easy opening and disassembly of the main parts allows a quick and convenient access to the internal parts, both for maintenance and for total cleaning of the machine.
